That is what we are here for, to get information and reminders from others. No ONE person or group can know it all or remember it all without some assistance (I know i can't and have never seen one that can). I learn things from others, and I hope they learn some from me or are at least reminded of things to do or get. You are correct but due to my evil conservative rural upbringing I was taught to thank someone when they are of assistance.

The way I do it is use jalepenos after the jar is empty and only has a few left boil a few eggs and drop them in. They have a hot flavor but a little vinegary but the jalapenos cover that up. Eat with crackers dayum makin my mouth water thinkin about it. They are the best to leave them in the jalepeno jar for at least a weak for them to be the best. “The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.”

Today I managed to score another dozen jars of pickled B & B cucumbers at half price. (We use these in all our tossed salads, and we eat those regularly.) I'm wondering if I might be able to save the liquid and use it to pickle eggs. Anybody have any thoughts on this?
When in doubt, apply rule ·223 or ·308 -- unless you have a more preferred calibre.
