 I TOTALLY agree, in fact the Border Patrol should IMMEDIATELY put all 'men-o-pause' women on the Mexican side of the border. Those women would hate the heat, flashes you know, and they would pound into ground meat any cayote or mule or anything that moves within a 1 mile radius!!! Even the young Soldiers get kind of cranky and pissed when their leader is a crochity old guy or gal  :
