Even though there aint much room for gear, and it'd be loud as hell.I'd rather get one of these!! www.youtube.com/watch?gl=US&client=mv-g ... af-n3gFv5A .I'll bet it would even pull a trailer.Matt
I want to die in my sleep just like my Grandpa, not yelling and screaming like the passengers in his car. ""I'm the one you go to when something absolutely has to go"Kaaboommm"!!!!""

Where you gonna get parts when SHTF?
Buy an old vehicle that has minimal parts to it to start with and buy the most important extra parts needed before SHTF. Yes, you can strip other vehicles that have been abandoned, but the new cars are much more difficult to repair with the computers and barely enough room to get around in. If something goes wrong, a vehicle with minimal parts can be repaired in a pinch on the side of the road. AN old pickup truck with extended cab. Can be diesel and four wheel drive. AN old panel truck smaller pick ups for better gas mileage some dirt bikes for less gas consumption and use in areas cars can't go. |

when steel prices went thru the roof a few years back....everybody and their dog where crushing the old vehicles because of the tonnage.......worked for a salvage company back then and seen soooo many old ford/chevy/dodge pickups being smashed it almost made me sick. now they're gittin' just as hard to find parts for as most other older vehicles (30+ years old or older) we would usually just crush 2 at a time because of how they fit in our crusher. lot of steel went to China back then, and a lot of it was the older trucks!.....
