Doc, do you mean 6' or 6" deep?

Bid, to satisfy my own curiosity, I measured the space exactly: 5'8" wide, 4' 5" deep, 7' 9" high. It's the last 4 1/2' of a 5'8" X 24' store room. I'm figuring, in a room that length, nobody is going to eyeball that the last 4 1/2' are not there. The 'dochouse' is huge...about 4k sq ft...had to be, 'cause we put 28 kids through the place. Now, we're trying to prep for 10 grandkids and some neighbors and friends as well, so the large store room is just a good start.

Yeh, in a room that size nobody would notice that there is hidden space at the end.
When I was a teenager we lived in a two storey house built against a hillside, and there was a small door from the stairs landing that led to the foundations of the upper floor. My mom never knew that in the far back corner there was a room that I had turned into a den, complete with power which I had tapped into from the house wiring.
