Juicing tomatoes

A suggestion for the folks here....I used to go through the hassle of skinning and cutting up tomatoes, flicking the "goop" out of then to remove seeds. A neighbor suggested a Victorrio strainer, bought one cheap on ebay and they work wonderfully. Removes the skins and seeds, you get just the juice. Sure saves time doing a couple 5 gallon buckets of 'matters.

I used a Vitorio for years! (parts missing now) It was great for making applesauce too.
I also got a juicer, and it's handy for juicing tomatoes and berries for later preserving also. On a mountain top in western Mass.

I was curious as to what it was and decided to look.
We will definitely have to get one of these. You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post. "When injustice becomes law, resistance becomes duty..” Thomas Jefferson
