duct tape can be used to hold splints to an extremity, then if the splints are properly padded and molded, rolled continuously as a cast!
I also use it to reinforce foam ices chests, for making a travel chest that will endure some abuse, then be thrown away.
Line outside of cardboard boxes as a reinforcement.
Wrap a shoe when the sole is coming off.
Make a wallet.
Tape a duct.
Tape a broken window.
Tape cleaning rod to forearm of rifle.
Uses For Duct Tape ?

I had a car that more then 1/2 of it was duct tape. held the thing together, even spray painted the tape to match the car.

Myth Busters built a working sail boat.
It may be easier to name things it won't do .... :) Out of doors it doesn't last much more than a year, the sun and elements break it down. The covering will leave but the glue and stringy bits will stay forever ... A short roll should be in every BOB and BOV. Wasn't there someone who attached the trunions on an AK to the receiver with duct tape ? Maybe that was tooth picks ....

When i was in highschool, there use to be this rumor that if you wore a ducktape dress or tuxedo to prom you would win a prize or something! Never heared anything about it after that. But cool idea.
I like the orange ducktape!!
