They make a good organizer for extension cords or computer device cords.

I use them as plant starters. cut the rolls into segments about 2". put in a tray, fill with soil, plant seed and keep moist. You can replant them in the garden or "pot up" to a bigger pot, simply tear the little starters so the roots can escape without removing the new plant.
On a mountain top in western Mass.

Take some foil,tape,or cellophane and cap one end of the tube.Poke hole into center of cap.Push candle wick through hole till wick goes from one end of the tube to the other.With wick held in the center of tube,fill with melted wax(candle scraps,parrafin,ect.).Let cool/harden.Take serrated knife and cut candles to desired length,and remove tube.Matt
