I want to try that one Boo, though we don't have Mrs Dash's seasonings down here. What's in them ? I might be able to substitute something else.

Anyone want to trade a couple of Mrs Dash's spices for a couple of jars of vegemite? :D

Bid,

I can send you some Mrs. Dash's if you would like....You can use any spices you that desire if you would like...Grandma use to use Salt, Peper, Carlic to taste, oregino, parsley, until they came out with Mrs. Dashes.

Thanks for the offer BooBoo, though I think I'll first try the recipe using the S & P, Garlic, and other herbs as they are readily available.
We've gotten a bit lazy here, particularly when Chi and I are both doing night shifts, and have taken to using a few ready-made sauces and marinades for dishes such as Butter Chicken, Rogan Josh, Tikka Masala and a few others. However, I like to prepare dishes from scratch if time permits, just in case the time comes when that will be the only option. (That's why our preps include a large range of herbs and spices.) Do you use Worcestershire sauce in any of your recipes?

Bid,
I use it when it is called for, I also use it when preparing baby back ribs, I boil them in beer and spices and worestershire for about an hour then grill them...Add bbq suace with spices just before removing from the grill.

Let me know if you want the Mrs. Dashes
