wife cleaned out cash and ran

wife cleaned out mine and kids bank acounts ,and moved out. she has a internet boyfriend in Iraq , and one 20mi from the house that I did not know about. I had been giveing her money to pay all the bills and she was keeping it for herself. I got a disconect notice that is how I found about all of this . I never threatend her or anything just told her to get the hell out. now it is just me and my 11yr old son, and my 14yr girl. I have custady of them from my first marrage. I just went to 3rd shift last week, so I kinda worry about them. while I am at work.. it will take some time but we will be ok,

Pursue her by every legal means available, short of an expensive lawyer. That gets to court you'll do well. If she didn't have legal access to the kid's accounts, pursue criminal charges. -GrimOne-future -Fan Replacer post SHTF.

Don't know your story, or what has been going on in your marriage. There are usually three sides to every story, his, hers and the one closest to the truth!!! But I do know this -- there is no excuse for wiping you out. Even if only for the kids sake. You are better off without her. And again, listen to grim - start legal proceeding NOW. That will at least protect you from her charging things that you will be stuck with. You are better off without her. |
