i'd be happy with the 160 acre tract not far from me. owner want's $22,500 for it. best part is, it's 50 miles from the nearest town and 10 from the nearest neighbor (not to mention the fact that it sits on top of a geothermal spot).

Did you say 22 thousand? For 160 acres? Where in the world can you get that much land that cheap? |

There was an 8,000 acre parcel in N.Fl.for $4million not long ago.It wasnt swamp either,but it does have a white water river running through it.Matt

yep, 160 acres for 22 thousand. it's in northern nevada and you're wrong about water helot, we sit on top of the largest aquifer in the country. all the water you could want just a hundred feet down. power is not available but i plan to provide my own anyway...it's not very prepared to attach yourself to the grid imho. remember the geothermal i mentioned? consider a steam generator...all the power you could use 24/7. as for easement, none is needed. the property sits on a county (dirt) road.
