I hate to say this, but, I was out ALL afternoon and I never even looked at gas prices!
I'm headed out to the movies with Mrs Schteveo and the local g'sons, I'll fill up on the way out. I gotta stop at Sam's and get 2, 25 lb bag of flour anyway, I'll fill up there.
I'm thinking of getting a bunch of barrels so I can have a couple hundred gals in case it gets rare. And IF Israel bombs Iran or Iran bombs Israel oil, gasoline, diesel and food prices will go through the roof.
I bought a Honda 250 for emergencies. I intend to build a Philipino style trike for transportation. That and I've got my riding mower with a trailer hitch. AND I've got my Tr0y-B1lt tiller. Don't laugh. I've seen walk behind tractors in Asia with entire families, putting along, headed into town.
I'm not proud. I'd rather ride slow, than walk. And I'm too gimpy to walk TOO far anyway!

The 40 cent a gallon increase didn't happen here. It was a dime. Am I disappointed? No. Did we fill up the cars, yes

...and about 15 cents on average around here.
Same boat as wireless on this...glad it didn't go up more & did top off prior to the "deadline." At least I won't have to buy any more until March for local travel. Failing to prepare is preparing to fail - Franklin (paraphrased)

I'm topping off the tank when it gets to the 3/4 mark now. I could do a month on a tank, but I won't let mine get that low again. |

No gas increase here, but we had a 20 cent increase last week.
