Go to user control panel, then to user profile and in there you should see the button to edit.

OMG your as green as me, I know how to get one, I just don't know how to post it
Can't see vary good, hearing is bad, computer skills suck and, my grammer and spelling are piss poor, I guess I'm just screwed.

go to your account page and "edit", look down and pick personal picture or avitar or whatever is says. Then either pick one of the choices they offer, if any, or find a picture on your computer by "browsing" and then choose it. let it down load and click submit changes. that's how it's usually done. I've forgotten it's been so long.
edit: hmmm, I see I don't have one. I guess I'll find out how to myself. lol On a mountain top in western Mass.

To find one you like just use google images http://www.google.com/imghp?hl=en&tab=wi and search for the words avatar and something you would like to be. For example to find one like mine you would search for tigger avatar.
To make the avatar fit grab a copy of paint.net or your favorite graphics editor and just re size the picture to 120 x 120 pixels or so.

I wont have any trouble finding Google Img, My trouble will be when I have to GRAB a copy of paint.net, let a lone finding my favorite graphics editor, I don't think I have one and if I do I don't know where it went, and the only way I have ever sized a picture is with a pair of shears. Thanks and I'll keep working at it I'll get sooner or later most likely later.
