Just started reading this, looks like good read.

Could I make a .txt file of this so I could read it off line and post it here?

I don't mind anyone making a more readable copy, but I prefer not to have a copy posted. If anyone needs one and can't do it on their own, I'd be happy to e-mail them a .txt copy.

Jerry

Thank you for clearing that up for me. I will make my own copy but not post it anywhere.

We have a(nother) winner!

I don't know how you do it Jerry, but your stories always seem fresh and exciting. Thank you for the time and effort you put into these works...I for one will be looking forward to the next one :)

WOW! awesome story, I read the first couple of paragraphs and could not stop! Great story - it really got me thinking about my preps and scenarios I have not even thought about yet. I would recommend this story to anybody but will warn you, once you start you can't stop. Thanks, you are a gifted writer! :gs:

:gs: Didn't know we had more stories here, I'm wondering if I'll ever find all of the information on this site. Incredible talent. Had to laugh out loud at the mention of one of his on line friends who has long detailed lists, hum I think I might have seen those posts...somewhere. :D Can't wait to enjoy, and learn from the other stories shared here. Thank you so much for sharing.
6 Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise! 7 It has no commander, no overseer or ruler, 8 yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest.

9 How long will you lie there, you sluggard? When will you get up from your sleep? 10 A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to rest— 11 and poverty will come on you like a thief
and scarcity like an armed man.
