I'm giving you TWO thumbs up for this post! This is a topic that is not usually covered in depth and it's very much needed. I remember at one pandemic planning conference that I went to, they began to discuss this and folks were shocked at some of the household suggestions I made (like having the largest contractor trash bags on hand). I also covered this topic, over at my EHP site, and have quite a bit of info from various sources that may be helpful. I'm also going to link back to THIS extremely useful post, because you have covered some items that I have not previously seen. See: Death & Burial Includes:
Household Concerns Mortuary/Funeral Home Concerns Again ... GREAT post! -k Emergency Home Preparation.org -- A 'card-catalog' style of prepping information.
