Name some things you can use to brush your teeth with
besides tooth brush and toothpaste in the woods, jungle, desert, or a total shtf situation.

1. grass
2. piece of cloth

Damn, thats a good question. Going to have to think on that
"I have sworn upon the altar of god,
eternal hostility against every form of tyranny over the mind of man."
--Thomas Jefferson Sept. 23, 1800--

"There is nothing stronger than the heart of a volunteer"
-- Lt. Col. James H. Doolittle--

"The thing that separates the American Christian from every other person on earth is the fact that he would rather die on his feet, than live on his knees!"
--George Washington--

Salt an be used as a dentifrice. Rinsing your mouth with salt water will aid in killing bacteria.

Some native tribesman chew on twigs and small branches and use the ends of them as scrapers or toothpicks.

Chew mint or wintergreen leaves.

I don't know how well the pine needles would work, but boiling pine needles into a kind of tea yields a lot of vitamin C which is important to good oral hygiene...wards off scurvy.
