I hit Tandy Leather yesterday and had good timing...the sort of pieces I pick up for sheaths which are normally $20 or much higher, were $9.99 each. They're supposedly having a great sale post Thanksgiving.

Might be a good time to buy perhaps a few needles, some of their waxed thread, some snaps, etc., so you can have a repair kit.
