I guess it would depend on what you mean by "cheap", but the folks here have found you several examples. Where have you been looking?

With exceptions to the rule... generally Water = $$$.
If the land has water or can see water it elevates the price, Meaning not cheap Remember: when seconds count, the police are only minutes away. Defend your 2nd amendment rights.

SE OK, www.landsofoklahoma.com I got 5 acres deep woods, one way in/out, live creek .7 miles from me. gotta cross the creek to get there, $6000

An interesting thing about most of the land up there is that the terms are assumable or owner finance. So if you dont have lots of cash you can make payments or talk the down really low A prudent man foresees the evil, and hides himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished.
