i know, i know......i have pictures.....

met with the sellers and went through all the fun things so as to get to know the what-whens-hows of the place...spent 4 hours walking the property, looking in, under, around...found it to be almost what we need (damn rocks and more rocks0 but i think for the price we'd be fools to let it slip away :hb:

so we buy it this winter and wait till spring to git moving. and now..without further adieu....

Can't see vary good, hearing is bad, computer skills suck and, my grammer and spelling are piss poor, I guess I'm just screwed.

Did they build the house themselves ?
How is the drainage for water ?
Is there a bus stop right out front ?
Is there any mineral rights and will they be yours ?
Why are they selling it ?
Are you going to stucco or siding it ?
What state is this and will those pipes freeze ?

You said the RIGHT price so is it TOO GOOD to be true ? DRILL the owners and ask anything you can think of, if you do not ask they will never tell.

looks real nice...like my prospective BOL with about 10k invested, 2 years after we aren't renting anymore...only on much flatter terrain. hope it works out!
