hope to sign the papers next month....then i will be going out and doing some finish work on it before we move (hope to be done moving by the time the kids finish school)

gotta love free stuff......especially if it has a purpose....
  tubs work soooo much better for packin' stuff up when yer gittin' ready to move to your new BOL... and free is well.....................free............... got around a hundred or so, most with lids from a lil' consinment shop down the road...they were throwing them away and had put some out front of the store with 'free tubs' so......2 truck loads later, we're packin' more tubs.....  plus they can be re=purposed after we moved.... ok......2 more days before we are the new owners of our long dreamed piece of homesteadin'............nervous wrecks until this is in the hands of the existing owners....

Oh Rabid - what a fantastic find with those tubs! I have reused the ones we got to move here with many times over! Best investment ever!
I just love the "Ozark House money" envelope! This shows that you don't always need to get a big lump sum to do things...little by little, week by week, dollars tucked into an envelope can get you a dream! I am SO excited for you and the family. Good Luck...take pics and take us through the journey with you!

Outstanding POC! My wife and I will be doing the same. Property we chose is raw but we'll have a lot of hard work and and good memories of something we built as a family. I'd have happily taken a place with buildings already on it however LOL
