We all know about craigslist and ebay and so on. But there is another website that offers auctions of used goods that you may find useful. I have seen canning goods, tools of all sorts, army surplus (gas mask on there right now), cast iron cook ware, etc.

Just don't blame me if you spend a couple of HOURS looking through the stuff. The website is a nonprofit that you will recognize and they do very good work with our support and donations.

so what is it?!?!?!?!?

http://www.shopgoodwill.com/

New items added daily and all auctions go for 7 days

Very true! Once you get thru the areas that interest you then it is not too much to just look at the 'added today' items each day to keep up to date on the offerings.

A local Goodwill store had a water leak and my company dispatched me to fix it.While there, I observed a huge stack of boxes full of some really cool stuff. I asked which store would get these items as there were several things I wanted. That is when I was informed about www.shopgoodwill.com
The employee told me that almost all of the really cool stuff goes online and never makes it to the stores. They get a larger audience of buyers that way and can make more money on the items.

Yes Mr. GrimOne they have some very cool stuff from that morse code key you showed to cb radios, alice packs, gas masks, ponchos, tents, etc, etc. etc

Some good deals to be made if you keep away from bidding wars.
