Monday-Friday: hike a variable distance (seldom more than 1/2 mile) carrying a 50 lb pack, 25 lb chainsaw, followed by 7-ish hours of cutting trees. A few sprints, on the more dangerous trees. Some days I have to tie off with a rope and harness and climb down to the edge of highwalls and cut where it's too steep to safely stand. The pack's weight is mostly drinking water for a crew of 3, so it's much lighter on the way out. If I don't have the pack, I have 15 lb gas/oil jug in the other hand.
Saturday and Sunday: if I'm lucky, I swing a fishing pole for as long as i feel like, while curling about 12 oz with the other hand
