They might make great fermentation vessels for small batch distillation. Or distilling water. They might also make a good basis for a rocket stove. Or a small version of 55 gallon wood stove. Find or make a lid/spout and store gas/diesel. Or....??

they might make good wash tubs in an emergency. You could also store a variety of items in them, use them like you would an umbrella stand for tall items, line them with a large plastic bag and make kraut, or make wooden lids and put mylar bags in them.

Make wooden lids if possible, you can then use them for any storage that you don't want vermin to get into as long as you use a mylar bag if used for food storage.

Sufficient number of tins can also be used as shingles/roofing/siding. Ugly, but once they start to rust, can blend in with soil backgrounds.

I haven't seen any of those things since I left the PI. Were did you get the ones you've got?

You do not want to use these tins for fermentation. If they are wielded stainless steel you could but any other metal would leach into your wort/mash and poison the drinker. also you can use food grade plastic buckets for a fermentation vessel. |

can never have enough buckets for water etc. put a wire bale on em and store smaller items in them, if you need a bucket it will still be there.
