It is a simple program called a port scanner. I only have 5 ports open. There is 1 through 65535 ports on your PC
i bet most of you have some open as well . That is why they hit you so much they are looking for COMMON open ports, they can use to break your WINDOW Hence the name WINDOWSMay i suggest reading :
