I'm all for all of the other natural remedies available. Kava does help with things, however for me it doesn't. Maybe it's just me. So I do what I do. I can't drink, it makes me a crazy idiot. BUT, I have no problem learning to make booze to barter with LOL. I do intend to get a book on herbal/natural remedies. MJ is a natural remedy LOL. But if you DO use it, make sure you don't have a need to be alert and active. Your reaction time will slow, focus will be dimmed, and if there's a chance you'll have to deal with violence it's likely you won't come out on top. I agree, if you're going to use MJ, add that in to whatever natural herbal remedies in your arsenal. It's not a cure all.
