Hasn't anyone seen "The Patriot" ? There are also a number of good documentaries on the coal mine wars(against the unions) that took place in WV years ago. Not a big movie person, unless it's related to actual history.
I'll keep my Freedom, Guns and my Constitution, you keep the change.

Blind faith in ignorant leaders is NOT Patriotism.

In the Wasatch National Forest of Utah, 504 sheep were killed by a single bolt of lightning. Sheep huddle in storms and the lightning bolt passed from one animal to another.

A 'kinda-sorta' (I know, it's stretching it) SHTF movie that was pretty cool (but cheesy) was 'the park is mine'. You can see it free on you-tube

goinpostal,
I have not gone to the link you've posted, but Thank You! I know someone will benefit from watching the series.

I watched 'The Book of Eli' tonight. Faith drove this man...The movie was a good example of the struggles of living after a serious SHTF/EOTWAWKI scenario played out. Mr. Denzel Washington is a great actor.

Still, I rate 'Jerico' the best. I still need to watch the second season. Shhhh...don't let the story out wulfin. :pop:

What was totally ironic about the book of Eli was that he (Eli) struggled to protect a book that meant everything to him. He killed for it, wandered for 40 years for it. He even said that he always wanted to find a place that would apprieciate it and use it, and then when he finally finds that "place" all they do with it is put it on a shelf! So the moral of the story is that all the pain and anguish he went through was to just put it on a shelf?

What is crazy about it is the guy was blind too. You get suttle hints throught the movie that he is once you go back and watch it the second time. He would make a noise like a bat to find out where everyone was whenever he had to shoot. Also walking to the end of a bridge that had collapsed and bumping into things sometimes. My wife thought the movie was no good but I bought it anyway I like it.
