Slave labor, the idea is that you are "owned:" by the State, and Obama intends to throw them into his "Civilian Defense Force" for executing patriots and those that "don't share" their wealth with everyone else.

A draft is fine, but only for National Emergency. Not that we aren't about to have one, but you get the idea. After all, If Obama can force you to buy what he wants and wrok for him whenever he wants, what else would you call it? Repay "whitey" for slavery!
