The element of surprise and the non-surety of knowing "is it war? ...or not?" to confuse the sheople is the key. The fact is, the war has been declared, slowly if you will, and those that cannot see it are destined to suffer from it. The battles rage while people say "Oh! Well, I can tell you this: it applies to corporate fictions only. It applies to "persons" not "men" or "women". In law, there is a difference. Anyone who doesn't know who they are (ie; strawman, common law, person vs natural person) in the coming days will suffer greatly.

Study up. Get a clue. The NDAA only applies to you if you let it.

Don't get bent out of shape about things that don't apply to you. They create these things to fool you. It has fooled many. What most people don't understand is that there is very little they do that is actually unconstitutional. The constitution applies to men and women. All they do with these fake laws is manipulate commercial circumstances. (Wo)Men living and breathing on the land are not lawfully affected, however, the (wo)men have been brainwashed into believing they are so they give the jackboots authority. The DoI and the CONUS mean what they say and they say what they mean. You've just been brainwashed into believing you're something that you're not: a corporate fiction. The trust that you think represents you (birth certificate) is not *YOU*. It is a piece of paper that records an event. But, the government sees it as a binding contract between you, your parents and it. Do a little research and you find out all kinds of things this government thinks. The brainwashing of the people is the true crime. The NDAA isn't treason since doesn't apply to the people, however, they just don't want you to know that. It is, in a phrase, "Color of Treason" but not actual treason because it is "Color of Law" and not really law since it doesn't really apply to you, the men and women of this forum.

But, if you answer in the affirmative when they ask you if you are JOHN Q. PUBLIC, then they take you away, even though you have incorrectly answered.

I've done a lot of research into this. If you fly the wrong flag (and most do) and you don't know who you are (and most don't) then in the coming days, you will suffer greatly.

War has already been declared on "persons" it is why the government battles with you because you think you are a person, however, the government still protects "We The People" but no one realizes they're not part of the enemy (persons) but are actually part of the people (natural persons or men and women).
