I agree. The Soviets' whole departure from communism was completely phony. It was designed to make us think that they have abandoned their goal of world domination, when it is merely a tactic for the same end. They realized that playing the tough guy wasn't working, and decided to pretend to be the good guys for a change. They even got the Dumb-o-crats in congress to strip ONE BILLION DOLLARS from our defense budget and give it to the freaking Russians. What an act of treason ! If you don't believe me, look who is running the show over there- a KGB thug, Putin. And look at who their "friends" are- Iran, China, North Korea, Cuba, Syria and Venezuela. They just put on a new suit but they are still the same as Stalin, and Brezhnev. And the biggest lie is that the cold war is over- it isn't.

On top of that the so called cold war was never really cold, luke warm maybe but never cold.
