they can pass what ever they want, it is my right as an American to keep and bear arms. And that is exactly what I am going to do. I will not give my guns up to anyone, not the local law, not the state law, and sure as hell not the federal law. I would rather hide out in the damn woods like an animal with my guns and let them come and try and take them. I and I am sure millions of other gun owners will not hand their guns over to anyone because some idiot signed a piece of paper with an Arab Led UN council that hates our guts anyway.
I am way too passionate about this to even be posting on this subject so I better stop.

War tide is right. It is the duty of the people as explained in the declaration of independence. I'll say nothing else, at risk of being detained indefinitely...I'd hate that.

Whats the penalty for treason?
Seems that if 2/3 of the senate (or the senate present) on record voting for this would be due process enough. Judgement should come swiftly. Depending on the round between 800 and 3200 feet per second. "I claim common law jurisdiction. Is it just me or has anyone else noticed how all of these unconstitutional bills are coming out at the same time? It begs the question: How do we know when the SHTF?

Have to agree with you there, right now is the time where they are doing all their sneaky hiding quiet infiltrating things they do just before they drop the bomb on your head. Yep thing is, in the end we've yet to see who's crying.  
Can't see vary good, hearing is bad, computer skills suck and, my grammer and spelling are piss poor, I guess I'm just screwed.
