Greetings all.

I've been working on my D-Hour Checklist lately (that list of things to do, in the order you do them, when you get the call that it's time to do them). Pull the trailer around, what to grab, where to stage it, and the like.

It's all coming along smoothly, but I've yet to run a test on it. Before i do, I wanted to check with ya'll to see if you folks had some specific advice or thoughts on the matter. Perhaps things that you left off the list in a moment of silliness. perhaps your checklist made use of a spare parts bag after your checklist had it loaded, and you had to pull it all out of the truck to start over. perhaps ... whatever.

I've never put one together before and while i know i will have to practice it to be sure it's 100%, I thought i'd ask for sage advice from the peanut gallery.

Thanks,

Conscious.

Lots to think about.... Are you bugging in or out? If in what we have planed if we just so happen to all be at home, fill extra containers bath tubs sinks efc with water we have a lot but any extra would help, get out emergency suplies (flash lights, candles, heat source... Never know if or when power will go out. Get out ammo and weapons secure doors windows... And packing our bug out bags just in case. Now if your not at home or seporated, my family and friends who are bugging in with us know when they get that call or text or things go to s%+t to get home asap...bugging out is different, if we are all at home we have our set agendas, wife and kids get clothes in bob (we have half packed bags in every closet)i get trailer hooked up xtra gas packed weapons and food packed and grab 72hr bag sounds like alot but I can get everything done in 20 to thirty min if we hop it.... If family is at home and im working they know to be out in five min to get out and know what to grab, (72hr bag and weapons) I will grab the rest on my way home from work (xtra food water, clothes ammo weapons that isnt in the pre packet 72hr bag, problem is there are so many what ifs its hard to list everything planned, just prep and practice.... We also have a map with three routs planned on it in each car along with some supplies
