Of course this helps do to the fact that almost everyone on the block is an emergency worker, armed, prior or current military (for most part) and of like mind.

I live in an area that is thirty miles from the major city in the suburbs. Houses have no basement or crawl space. There are also no attics in the area. A group of us have come up with a planning to use the entire block as a barrier making it difficult to enter and more appealing to head down another block and mess with them. LOL.

Things to prepare in advance: Plywood, 2x4s, nails/screws, sand/sandbags. I've already noted concrete barriers in my AO, and am working on the design for a small crane or lift. I might just go get an engine lift; that should get 'er done. 'Semper Gumby' that's great Mr-Bruce, I'm gonna use that one!
