LOL. 91g-dub, I got all excited when I saw "J truck", then realised that it was a jeep that you were talking about, rather than one of the Bedford J Types that I am particularly fond of. That said, you've done a really impressive job on your flatbed.

BTW, here's a pic of a genuine J Type:

This is not a straight-out flat-bed: The drop-sides and tail-gate have been removed to make it so. You can see the fittings that hold the pintles of the drop side along the side of the tray, and the forward securing pin on the bulkhead behind the cab. You could probably do the same with your flatbed so that you could switch it to a pick-up style if needed.
When in doubt, apply rule ·223 or ·308 -- unless you have a more preferred calibre.

Sorry to disappoint you but that's not my J10. By this time next year I'll have something like that on mine.

That is one SWEET looking truck. Too bad our government bans importing most cars and trucks into the (formerly free) U.S. .
