Bolt Cutters AND Wrecking Bar are in order IMO. Along with those bolt cutters should be padlocks. Know those forest service gates? Cut the bolt, go in, and use your own lock to lock it. Sure, someone else will probably, eventually, cut the lock if they find the place. But until that happens, you'll have an area to your self to hunt or hide or simply live if no other option is available.

And that is aside from the ability to salvage additional food to add to your supplies, among other things.

Both, on a heavy duty utility wagon that can carry 800lbs that I intend to bring when going on supply patrols, or when traveling in a group looking for other people/salvage.

Same here. 3' long bolt cutters and a 5' wrecking bar are also hard to hide in a BOB.
If by my experiences, mistakes, and training. I can help one person to gain the wisdom that will allow them to survive or to save the life of someone they love then I can truly say, that all of the things I have done have been worth every second spent.

IMHO, a Wrecking bar can do "Master Key" Duties in addition to Wrecking stuff. But a Bolt Cutter cannot do Wrecking Duties.

My vote goes to Titanium Wrecking Bar, 48 Inch Size.
