  • Recycle And Re-use
Recycle means to process old, used items in order that the material can be used to make new products. Examples of things that are often recycled are glass, plastic, newspapers, aluminum cans, used motor oil, and batteries. Here, reduce refers to lessening the amount of items or resources that are consumed, using only the amount that is needed, and looking for alternatives that will lessen our use. And reuse means extending the 'life' or repurposing an item rather than discarding or throwing it away.

Upon my arrival at work they were all standing in front of the tv and the coverage of what was going on made me feel like I may not have woke up yet and was dreaming but I wasn't! I don't want to talk anymore about that but lets just say that was the jump I needed to start the engine.

Now a little about me. I grew up in a very small town in the hills of TN all activities consisted of being outside. I was fortunate to come up that way that puts me a little ahead of the curve. Hunting, fishing, camping, canoeing, hiking, gardening, and raising livestock is just the way of life around here. Moving along...

Any society that would give up a little liberty to gain a little security will deserve neither and lose both.

Re: Freedom Isn't Free by war tide on Thu Dec 13, 2012 10:29 pm
Absolutely true. It must be bought with blood, sweat, tears, and eternal vigilance. Most people in our country have lost theirs and don't even know it yet. There will be much wailing and gnashing of teeth...
