april 15![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Well didn't get the Bushmaster got her the m&p smith and wesson. she loves it. Sent pack in for 5 extra mags for free a offer they had going on. Anyway car business has been terrible this month only got 3 cars out. seems to me the economy is getting alot worse not better at least in this area. Things started taking a turn down hill about the middle of last month and have not been getting any better since.
I have lately started taking extra money out of slush fund at home to buy items that I think will be important for bartering when the SHTF. Been stockpiling alot of .22 ammo. also cheap vodka and smokes. The smoke shop we have in my town will take any coupons that you have towards any cigs you want. I have been getting packs for .80 I know they are cheap but people want care if they have nothing else. Also got some bags of tobacco and tubes. My grandmother stopped smoking and she rolled her on with a tops machine that make them look just like store bought. So I have bought a couple extra bags of the cheap stuff and 5 more boxes of tubes tobacco 9 a 2lbs. bag with coupons and tubes $2 for 200. I think this type of stuff will really pay big when they have to be dug out and put to use especially the ammo. I plan to spend several hundred more on cigs and vodka to put up. Aside from my personal .22 ammo I plan on putting away 15000 rounds for barter. This should cost me a total of about $550 over the next several months fortunately I have saved plenty for this task. Also I have stock piling mason jars and lids and rings I believe this will be the most valuable thing I can be putting away. Anyway just some thoughts I wanted to jot down. until next time 0 Comments Viewed 2100 times |
