HOW TO SURVIVE THE COMING CRISIS

We lived in Hawaii during the Kennedy years and were caught up in the frenzy of folks building shelters in the event of a nuclear attack. At that time one of the local stores began selling cardboard boxes with instructions of what to fill it with for a family of five to survive for a week, in the event of a nuclear attack. The label instructed you to put into the box such things as canned spaghetti and meatballs, canned beans and soups. Needless to say, I was appalled by the stupidity of the instructions.
Not that I am so smart, but I felt that I could come up with a lot better suggestions.
I did a radio broadcast on my suggestions that had wonderful reception from my audience.
In light of the current world situation, I have decided that it might be a good time to once again make some suggestions to my friends and followers. I’m not entirely sure that such a crisis is imminent, but, as the saying goes, “better safe than sorry”.
What I really want to do is to get you to begin to ‘think out of the box’.
Hence, in my next few articles, we’re going to talk about such things as Genghis Kahn’s great strategy for his success; the methodology of the Vietnamese soldiers during that war; The wisdom of fasting; what to pack in a survival box and how to utilize these items.
I believe you will be thoroughly engrossed and impressed with these articles.
